Saturday, November 2, 2024, from 10 am to 3 pm.
Vendor check-in is from 8:30-9:30 am. An assigned space will be given at that time. Vendors are NOT allowed to pack up early. You are required to stay until 3:00 pm.
Each vendor will have a space that is 10’ x 10’. Vendors are responsible for furnishing their booth. This includes: tent, tables, chairs, table cloths, racks, etc. You should be prepared to haul all belongings and set up your display. There will be no electricity available. All booths must be kept in a neat and orderly manner during the duration of the Festival.
This event has a limited number of spaces. We try to accommodate every applicant. The deadline is October 27, 2023. AMS does not take responsibility for anything stolen or damaged, or personal injury during the duration of the event. This includes set-up and take-down. This is an outdoor show and is held rain or shine. No refunds.
